How we try to work.

    The habits that make research trustworthy — measuring first, writing things down, checking against a baseline — also make software reliable.

    Only claims we can back up

    We do not publish numbers we cannot verify. If something is in progress, we say so.

    Work in the open

    Methods and teaching material go into Lab Notes, so others can check, reuse and correct them.
